NAEB NEW ENGLAND FALL CONFERENCE PRESENTS:
BOSTON COLLEGE SELF STUDY ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM REVIEW (APR)

Tuesday October 19, 2010
2:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Red Jacket Mountain View Resort
North Conway, NH

Are you looking for a way to develop an ongoing program that will help your department examine its current operations, make adjustments and establish plans for continuous improvement?  Are you tired of outside consultants coming in to tell you what you already know about your operation but you don’t have the data or the resources to back you up?

Well here is a way for your managers and employees to do their own self study.

Join your NAEB peers for a free pre-conference program. Discover how Procurement Services at Boston College utilized the Administrative Program Review (APR) as a tool for continuous improvement and gained insight from both internal and external sources as they asked and tried to answer some very fundamental questions.

Participants will:

  • Learn techniques to align departments mission with the University mission
  • Identify customer needs and collect customer feedback
  • Validate strengths and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Invite outside peer experts in to evaluate your operations
  • Put together an Action Plan for changes
  • Get insights on Administrative Program Review (APR) Best practices
  • Leave the session armed with ideas as well as tools to do your own self-study

Do not miss out on this exciting educational opportunity.

This workshop is free and open to all, but you must RSVP to attend.

RSVP only if attending the (APR) sessions and no other conference events.
