Wonders of Technology

So I just started Blogging and I am already behind!

Recently NAEB New England co-sponsored an event with the Massachusetts State Colleges and Universities. The one-day drive conference was about “Strategies for Achieving Savings” but it could equally have been titled “How Technology Can Help You Achieving Savings.”

Without fail, every single presentation was about how one of us applied technology to a problem.

UMass Dartmouth talked about applying cutting edge print technology.

Salem State shared how they changed their campus culture by rethinking their website.

Fitchburg State talked about Electronic Purchase order Delivery.

And that is only a portion of what was presented!

Across our region there are folks rolling out e-procurement tools, mining data for cost savings, and even NAEB New England is getting ready to roll their new web-site.

The technology at our fingertips changes every day. What are you doing to stay ahead of the curve?
